Designed for single core and three core applications with plastic and rubber insulated cable, with or without armor, PVC or PE sheath 

Conductor Sizes

Single core nonmagnetic armored or unarmored cables with conductor sizes ranging from 25 mm² to 630 mm² both aluminum and copper conductors  

Effective Electrical Stress Control

Screen Cut Area

The electrical stress in the screen cut area of the joint is managed through integrated conductive geometrical stress cones, which help to maintain optimal performance. 

Connector Area

The electrical stress control in the connector area is enhanced by a Faraday cage.  This feature ensures additional safety and reliability in electrical performance.  

Insulation buildup

The joint body is made from a single piece of EPFM rubber, which enhances mechanical strength and provides flexibility during installation. This design allows for significant mechanical expansion and contraction, accommodating various environmental conditions. 

High Pressure Elastomeric Inner Layer

The inner layer exerts high pressure on the cable insulation, providing enhanced protection and stability. 

Sealing Mechanism

Using Composite insulating waterproof tape and Armour-wrap tape to provide outer jacket sealing and mechanical protection for the joint
